Veg Sandwich with Mayonnaise

It is one of the simplest and easiest veg sandwich with mayonnaise recipes you can make without fire. This veg mayo sandwich is just the best no-cook meal for any occasion.

Ingredients

  • 15 Bread white
  • ½ cup mayonnaise
  • 1 cup cabbage
  • 1 carrot
  • 2 cucumber
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 teaspoon mixed herbs
  • 1 tablespoon ketchup

Instructions

    Cup of Yum
  1. Combine all the ingredients in a mixing bowl except bread slices. Mix throughly.
  2. Cut each bread slice diagonally into half. Trim off the corners.
  3. Spread this filling on one-half of the slice and cover it with another half.
  4. Voila!! Enjoy a veg sandwich with mayonnaise!!

Notes

  • Squeeze water from veggies to prevent sandwiches from being soggy.
