Vegan BLT

Ingredients

  • 1 bagel halved and toasted
  • 1 tsp vegan butter
  • 2 tsp Vegan mayo
  • 3 lices tomato
  • 3 leaves butter
  • 3 leaves Boston lettuce
  • 4 pieces tempeh bacon

Instructions

    Cup of Yum
  1. Preheat a pan with a tiny bit of oil. Panfry the tempeh bacon until crispy on both sides. Remove from heat and set aside.
  2. Spread butter on one side of the toast bagel, then mayo on the other. Assemble the lettuce, tomato, and top with panfried tempeh bacon between the bagel halves and enjoy!
