Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup vegan pesto
  • 1/2 cup hummus
  • 1/2 cup plant-based cheese spread Boursin brand
  • 10 ounces olives marinated
  • 6 ounces crackers I used pita crackers, pretzel slims, and sweet potato crackers
  • 1 cup dried apricot
  • 3 cucumber sliced, Persian
  • 6 carrots sliced, petite
  • 1 cup strawberries halved
  • 3 figs halved
  • 1 cup cashews
  • 1/2 cup pecans
Garnishes
  • grapes clusters
  • chocolate vegan, bar pieces

Instructions

  1. Start by placing bowls of olives, pesto, hummus, and vegan cheese spread on the board.
  2. Next, place larger items like crackers, fruits, and veggies.
  3. Lastly, fill in the gaps on the board with dried fruit, nuts, and garnishes.
