Vegan Fudge Recipe
Made with just 4 ingredients, this easy chocolate vegan fudge is a creamy, mouth-watering treat.
Ingredients
- ⅓ cup coconut oil melted
- ⅓ cup almond butter creamy
- ½ cup cocoa powder unsweetened
- ¼ cup maple syrup
Instructions
- Blend all ingredients together in a bowl.
- Pour the batter in small square container lined with parchment paper. (I used a plastic storage container)
- Place in the refrigerate for at least an hour or until it hardens.
- Remove from the container by lifting out by the parchment paper.
- Place on a flat surface and cut into squares with a sharp knife. Wipe the knife clean after each cut for clean edges.
- Store in the refrigerator in an airtight container.
Notes
- Add chopped nuts like walnuts or pecans on top or in the batter.
