Ingredients
- 2 large ripe avocados peeled and pitted
- 3/4 cup key lime juice
- 1 cup full-fat canned coconut milk
- 1/2 cup + 1 Tbsp pure maple syrup see note*
- 1 tsp pure vanilla extract optional
- 1/4 teaspoon sea salt
Instructions
- Add all ingredients to a blender or food processor and blend until completely smooth. Transfer mixture to a popsicle mold and insert the popsicle sticks. Freeze 4 hours, or until completely frozen.
- When ready to serve, thaw the popsicles, then gently pull on the popsicle sticks to release them from their molds. Enjoy!

- *Make this recipe keto by omitting the pure maple syrup, adding 1/2 cup zero-sugar granulated sweetener of choice (such as Stevia, Swerve, Monk Fruit Sweetener, etc), and an additional 1/2 cup full-fat canned coconut milk.
