Vegan Oatmeal Chocolate Chip Cookies
These Vegan Oatmeal Chocolate Chip Cookies make a delicious spin on the classic oatmeal cookie. They’re filled with dark chocolate chips and are 100% vegan!
Ingredients
Wet Ingredients
- ¼ cup vegan butter 1 tbsp
- 2 tbsp agave syrup
- 1 tbsp almond milk
Dry Ingredients
- ½ cup brown sugar
- ¾ cup oats
- ½ cup all-purpose flour
- ½ tsp baking soda
- Pinch salt
- ½ cup dark chocolate chips
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F / 180°C and line baking tray with parchment paper.
- In a medium bowl, beat sugar and butter together. Add rest of ingredients and combine well.
- Roll 7 balls by leaving enough space between them.
- Bake in the oven for about 12 minutes. Cookies will still be soft but will harden when cool down.
