These Vegan Oatmeal Chocolate Chip Cookies make a delicious spin on the classic oatmeal cookie. They’re filled with dark chocolate chips and are 100% vegan!

Ingredients

Wet Ingredients
  • ¼ cup vegan butter 1 tbsp
  • 2 tbsp agave syrup
  • 1 tbsp almond milk
Dry Ingredients
  • ½ cup brown sugar
  • ¾ cup oats
  • ½ cup all-purpose flour
  • ½ tsp baking soda
  • Pinch salt
  • ½ cup dark chocolate chips

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F / 180°C and line baking tray with parchment paper.
  2. In a medium bowl, beat sugar and butter together. Add rest of ingredients and combine well.
  3. Roll 7 balls by leaving enough space between them.
  4. Bake in the oven for about 12 minutes. Cookies will still be soft but will harden when cool down.
