Ingredients

  • (2) oz vegan vanilla marshmallows Dandles brand, packages
  • 6 Tablespoons coconut oil
  • 1 cup peanut butter
  • 5 cups Rice Krispies
  • 1 ½ teaspoons vanilla extract

Instructions

PREP PAN:
    Cup of Yum
  1. Butter and set aside a greased 9x13 pan.
MAKE THE TREATS:
  1. Add the coconut oil and peanut butter to a deep sauce pot and melt at medium-high temp.
  2. Once the oil and peanut butter has melted, add the marshmallows and stir until melted (when melted, it will be lumpy).
  3. Remove the pot from the stove, add vanilla, and stir until combined.
  4. Add in the Rice Krispies and stir until combined.
  5. Spoon the mixture into the 9x13 dish in an even layer.
  6. Cool for 30 minutes before serving.
