Ingredients
- 14 oz firm tofu drained
- Juice of ½ lemon
- 1 tbsp dried basil
- 4 tbsp nutritional yeast
- garlic minced
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- salt to taste
- black pepper to taste
Instructions
- Mash the tofu with a fork in a medium bowl.
- Add all ingredients and mix until well combined.
