- 1 banana
- ⅔ cup full fat coconut milk (Thai style)
- 2 tablespoons Flax Seed (ground or whole)
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
- 2 tablespoons cocoa powder
- 2 tablespoons fresh mint
- 1 cup ice
Instructions
