Ingredients

  • 1 cup strawberries (fresh or frozen)
  • 1 banana
  • ⅔ cup full fat coconut milk (Thai style)
  • 2 tablespoons Flax Seed (ground or whole)
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla
  • 2 tablespoons cocoa powder
  • 2 tablespoons fresh mint
  • 1 cup ice
