Vegan Strawberry Popsicles

Ingredients
- 2 Cups strawberries chopped
- 1/3 Cup granulated zero calorie sweetener or any other sweetener
- 1/2 Cup coconut milk full fat
- 1 Tbsp lemon juice
Instructions
- Place all the ingredients into a food processor and or high performing blender and blend until smooth
- Distribute the mixture between 4-5 standard popsicle molds. Insert popsicle stick and freeze overnight
- To remove popsicles from molds, run under warm water for 1-2 minutes.

- Depending on the kind of popsicle mold you use, always check the manufacturer’s guide on how to use it.
- Experiment with different berries.
- To remove popsicles from molds, run them under warm water for a few seconds to release them from the mold.
- Don't let the popsicles sit out at room temperature in the molds until you can remove them. This causes the popsicle to thaw unevenly and they are likely to break when you serve them.
