Ingredients
- 1 cup apple juice or apple cider frozen into 1 oz. cubes (the size of most regular ice cube trays)
Smoothies
- 2 cups unsweetened cashew milk (or any other unsweetened non-dairy milk)
- 1 coop vegan vanilla protein powder
- 2 small apples sliced
- ½ teaspoon ground cinnamon
- 8 oz. apple juice/cider cubes (recipe above)
Instructions
- Freeze the apple juice overnight in an ice cube tray.
- The morning of, measure the cashew milk, protein powder, apples, cinnamon, frozen apple juice and ice into a blender.
- Blend until smooth and creamy.
- Enjoy cold!
