Ingredients

  • 1 cup apple juice or apple cider frozen into 1 oz. cubes (the size of most regular ice cube trays)
Smoothies
  • 2 cups unsweetened cashew milk (or any other unsweetened non-dairy milk)
  • 1 coop vegan vanilla protein powder
  • 2 small apples sliced
  • ½ teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • 8 oz. apple juice/cider cubes (recipe above)

Instructions

    Cup of Yum
  1. Freeze the apple juice overnight in an ice cube tray.
  2. The morning of, measure the cashew milk, protein powder, apples, cinnamon, frozen apple juice and ice into a blender.
  3. Blend until smooth and creamy.
  4. Enjoy cold!

Notes

  • To make one shake, cut this recipe in half.
