Vegan Walnut Parmesan

  • 1 Tbsp nutritional yeast 15 mL
  • 1 tsp toasted sesame oil 5 mL, or olive oil

Instructions

  1. In a food processor, blitz the walnuts until it's like a chunky flour. Add nutritional yeast, oil, and salt, and blitz until evenly incorporated. Sprinkle on pasta, soup, salad, or even on your popcorn!
  2. Store in an airtight container in the fridge for up to a week.
