Ingredients

  • 350 g self-raising flour
  • 140 g caster sugar
  • 100 g brown sugar soft, light
  • 160 g vegan margarine melted
  • 270 ml soy milk unsweetened
  • 2 Teaspoons vanilla extract
  • 120 g raspberries fresh; roughly chopped
  • 150 g white chocolate chips I used Moo-Free, dairy-free

  • Store in an airtight container at room temperature for up to 2 days.
