- 140 g caster sugar
- 100 g brown sugar soft, light
- 160 g vegan margarine melted
- 270 ml soy milk unsweetened
- 2 Teaspoons vanilla extract
- 120 g raspberries fresh; roughly chopped
- 150 g white chocolate chips I used Moo-Free, dairy-free
