  • ½ tsp baking soda
  • 1 pinch salt optional
  • 4 to 5 banana mashed, ripe
  • 100 gms sugar ½ cup
  • ½ tsp vanilla extract
  • 150 ml vegetable oil
  • ¼ cup walnuts chopped
  • walnuts to garnish
