Ingredients

  • 12 ounces mixed vegetables
  • 1 ½ tablespoons butter
  • ½ teaspoon salt
  • ¼ teaspoon pepper
  • ¼ cup water

Instructions

    Cup of Yum
  1. Combine all the ingredients in a medium saucepan.
  2. Bring to a simmer, stirring occasionally.
  3. Stir occasionally until almost all the liqiud has evabporated about 8 minutes.
