Vegetable Samosa

Vegetable Samosa features a crispy, deep-fried pastry shell filled with a spiced mixture of mashed potatoes, green peas, and aromatic seasonings like garam masala and chili powder. The dough is rolled and shaped into cones before stuffing and sealing. Frying yields golden, crunchy samosas with a warm, savory, and mildly spiced filling ideal as snacks or appetizers.
