Veggie Hummus

This easy veggie hummus is a great appetizer for any meal! It also makes a great snack! Serve with vegetables, chips, or crackers!

Ingredients

  • 1 hummus container Sabra Classic
  • 2 tablespoons cucumber diced
  • 2 tablespoons yellow bell pepper diced
  • 2 tablespoons red bell pepper diced
  • 2 tablespoons grape tomato diced
  • parsley for garnish, chopped
  • vegetables pita chips, chips, and/or crackers, for serving, cut up

Instructions

    Cup of Yum
  1. Place the hummus in a bowl and top with diced cucumbers, peppers, and tomatoes. Sprinkle with chopped parsley. Serve with cut up vegetables, pita chips, chips, and/or crackers.
  2. Note-the vegetable topping is good with any flavor of hummus!
