Veggie Hummus
This easy veggie hummus is a great appetizer for any meal! It also makes a great snack! Serve with vegetables, chips, or crackers!

Ingredients
- 1 hummus container Sabra Classic
- 2 tablespoons cucumber diced
- 2 tablespoons yellow bell pepper diced
- 2 tablespoons red bell pepper diced
- 2 tablespoons grape tomato diced
- parsley for garnish, chopped
- vegetables pita chips, chips, and/or crackers, for serving, cut up
Instructions
- Place the hummus in a bowl and top with diced cucumbers, peppers, and tomatoes. Sprinkle with chopped parsley. Serve with cut up vegetables, pita chips, chips, and/or crackers.
- Note-the vegetable topping is good with any flavor of hummus!
