Veggie Hummus
This easy veggie hummus is a great appetizer for any meal! It also makes a great snack! Serve with vegetables, chips, or crackers!

Ingredients
- 1 container Sabra Classic Hummus
- 2 tablespoons diced cucumbers
- 2 tablespoons diced yellow bell pepper
- 2 tablespoons diced red bell pepper
- 2 tablespoons diced grape tomatoes
- chopped parsley for garnish
- Cut up vegetables pita chips, chips, and/or crackers, for serving
Instructions
- Place the hummus in a bowl and top with diced cucumbers, peppers, and tomatoes. Sprinkle with chopped parsley. Serve with cut up vegetables, pita chips, chips, and/or crackers.
- Note-the vegetable topping is good with any flavor of hummus!
