Ingredients
- 8 ounces 2% velveeta cheese
- 15 ounce tomatoes with green chiles diced
- 1/3 cup milk
- roasted green chiles extra optional
- cilantro Chopped, optional
Instructions
- Add all ingredients to a saucepan.
- Place the saucepan over medium heat.
- Stir occasionally as it begins to melt.
- Continue to stir until it is melted and smooth.

Notes
- You can also make this in a crockpot. Add the ingredients to a crockpot and heat over low.
- Continue stirring while it is heating to help the cheese melt
- Be careful about the heat to avoid burning the cheese to the bottom of the saucepan.
