Ingredients

  • 1 cup cottage cheese brand example: Friendship Dairies
  • 1 to 2 tablespoons honey raw honey preference
  • 1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • 1/2 cup blueberries fresh
  • 1/2 cup raspberries fresh
  • 1/2 cup strawberry fresh

Instructions

    Cup of Yum
  1. In a small bowl combine the cottage cheese, honey, and cinnamon. Divide evenly among two cups/bowls. Layer with berries and serve at once!
