Ingredients

  • 1 cup mint tightly packed, fresh
  • ¼ cup granulated sugar
  • 1 cup orange juice
  • 1 cup mango nectar
  • 1 tablespoon lime juice fresh
  • 12 ounces seltzer water
  • 2 cups ice
  • 1 orange sliced, for garnish

Instructions

  1. Add mint leaves into a pitcher. Muddle the mint with a muddler or a wide-handled wooden utensil. You want to bruise the leaves and release the oils.
  2. Add the sugar to the pitcher and use the muddler to crush it into the mint leaves.
  3. Pour in the orange juice, mango juice, lime juice, and seltzer water. Stir to combine.
  4. Fill glasses with 1/2 cup of ice each. Pour in the virgin mojito and garnish with a lemon slice. Serve immediately.
