Ingredients
- 1 cup water
- 1 cup sugar
- 2 cups pomegranate juice
- 2 cups cranberry juice
- 2 cups club soda or sparkling water
Instructions
- Combine the water and sugar in a saucepan. Set over medium heat. Bring to a boil, then reduce the heat and let it simmer for 5 minutes, stirring occasionally, until the sugar has dissolved. Remove from the heat and allow the syrup to cool completely.
- For each serving, add 2 tablespoons of the simple syrup to each glass. Top with 2 tablespoons of pomegranate juice and 2 tablespoons of cranberry juice. Add 2 tablespoons of the club soda, then serve.
