Ingredients

  • 425 ml cream for whipping, 14.4 oz
  • 75 ml milk 2.5 oz
  • 320 gms sugar this was a bit too much in my opinion - see notes below, 11.3 oz
  • 100 gms walnuts 3.5 oz
  • 5 egg yolk
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 40 gms candied orange zest chopped, 1.4 oz
  • ¼ chocolate syrup dose

Notes

  • NOTE: This ice cream is very soft and creamy, serve it immediately as it melts fast! It was a bit too sweet for me. I would put less sugar and bring the dose down to 250 gms – 8.8 oz.
