Wasabi Mayo Recipe

Whipping up this super simple wasabi mayo is a delicious way to add a bunch of flavor to any dish! The deliciously fiery and distinctively pungent flavor of wasabi is mellowed out with creamy, rich mayonnaise, resulting in a perfectly balanced and flavor-packed wasabi mayo - it's zesty, bold, and creamy, making it super versatile and crave-worthy!

Ingredients

  • ½ cup mayo see notes
  • 1-2 tablespoons Wasabi paste

Instructions

  1. Add the mayo and 1 tablespoon of wasabi paste to a small bowl.
  2. Mix until well combined and then taste and add extra wasabi if you'd like it spicier.
  3. Either use the wasabi mayo right away or store it in your fridge for up to a month.

Notes

  • We love using Kewpie mayo to make this recipe, but other brands work great, too!
