Watermelon Agua Fresca
My Watermelon Agua Fresca is the perfect thirst quencher to cool down with this summer!
Ingredients
- 4 cups watermelon cubed
- 4 cups water divided
- 1-2 tablespoons honey or sugar or other sweetener of your choice (amount will vary depending on the sweetness of the fruit
- 2 tablespoons lime juice
Instructions
- Place the watermelon in a blender with 1 cup water, honey and lime juice. Puree until smooth. Strain the mixture into a pitcher and discard the solids. Stir in the remaining 3 cups of water and refrigerate until cold. Serve over ice.
