Ingredients
- 2 cups watermelon pieces cut in cubes.
- 2 ounces feta cubed
- 2 teaspoons balsamic vinegar
- 1 teaspoon olive oil
- ½ teaspoon honey
- 1-2 teaspoons sesame seeds
- ¼ cup chopped mint
- Salt/Pepper
Instructions
- Place the watermelon, feta, mint in a bowl and toss gently.
- In a small bowl mix the olive oil, vinegar, honey and a pinch of salt.
- Drizzle on the salad and mix.
- Sprinkle with sesame seeds and add freshly ground pepper.
- Cover and let it sit in the refrigerator for an hour before serving.
