Watermelon And Mango Salad

A simple, light, delectable summer salad loaded with the goodness of fresh refreshing watermelon and mango.

Ingredients

  • 1 cup watermelon seeded and cut into cubes
  • ½ cup Mango cut into cubes
  • 1 tablespoon lime juice fresh
  • Black salt to taste
  • ½ teaspoon crushed black pepper
  • 1 tablespoon chopped fresh coriander/cilantro
  • Few seeds or nuts of choice optional

Instructions

  1. Put watermelon and mango cubes in a bowl.
  2. Add freshly squeezed lime juice.
  3. Season with salt and crushed pepper.
  4. Add chopped coriander/cilantro.
  5. Toss everything together to combine.
  6. Check the seasoning. Add more if required.
  7. Then serve.

Notes

  • This salad could be served as a fresh and light appetizer or side dish alongside a spicy meal or any favorite grilled recipe.
  • If preparing this ahead of time, don't season it until you ready to serve it.
