- 1 cup watermelon seeded and cut into cubes
- ½ cup Mango cut into cubes
- 1 tablespoon lime juice fresh
- Black salt to taste
- ½ teaspoon crushed black pepper
- 1 tablespoon chopped fresh coriander/cilantro
- Few seeds or nuts of choice optional
Instructions
- Put watermelon and mango cubes in a bowl.
- Add freshly squeezed lime juice.
- Season with salt and crushed pepper.
- Add chopped coriander/cilantro.
- Toss everything together to combine.
- Check the seasoning. Add more if required.
- Then serve.
