Ingredients

  • 6 cups watermelon cubed, seedless
  • 8 mint minced, leaves
  • 1/3 cup feta cheese crumbled
  • 1 lemon juiced

Instructions

  1. Place cubed watermelon in a large bowl.
  2. Add in mint and feta. Toss together gently while pouring lemon juice over watermelon.
  3. Refrigerate until ready to serve.
