Watermelon Fruit Salad

Ingredients

  • 2 tablespoons honey
  • 1 tablespoon lime juice fresh
  • 1 tablespoon mint finely chopped, fresh
  • 5 cups watermelon cubed (and de-seeded, if necessary)
  • 1 cup strawberries halved
  • 1 cup blueberries
  • 1 cup raspberry

Instructions

  1. In a small bowl, whisk together honey, lime juice, and chopped mint to create the dressing. Set aside.
  2. In a large bowl, combine cubed watermelon, halved strawberries, blueberries, and raspberries.
  3. Pour the dressing over the mixed fruit and gently toss to coat evenly. Serve immediately or chill until serving.
