- 900 ml watermelon juice blended and sieved watermelon
- Neutro ice cream stabiliser, enough for 1 lt – 4 cups of liquid – the quantity varies from brand to brand
- 100 gms liquid glucose
- 250 gms sugar
- 1 cup dark chocolate chips
