Watermelon Jalapeño Mojito

Ingredients

  • 2 cubes watermelon fresh
  • 1 tbsp lime juice fresh squeezed
  • 1 tsp sugar
  • 1 tbsp mint leaf fresh
  • 3 lices jalapeño seeded, fresh
  • 2 oz white rum
  • ice
  • 1 cup ginger ale

Instructions

    Cup of Yum
  1. Add the watermelon, lime juice, sugar, mint and jalapeno to a glass.
  2. Muddle everything together.
  3. Add the rum and ice to the glass.
  4. Top with the ginger ale.
