- 5 cups watermelon finely diced
- 1 Mango peeled and finely diced
- 1/2 cup red onion finely diced
- 3/4 cup cucumber finely diced
- 1/2 -3/4 cup cilantro chopped
- 1 Jalapeno or Habanero Pepper finely diced
- 1 lime juiced
- 1/2 - 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon honey optional
Instructions
- In a large bowl, combine watermelon, mango, red onion, cucumber, and jalapeno. Toss with freshly squeezed lime juice, salt, and honey (optional).
- Place in refrigerator and chill.
