Ingredients

  • 5 cups watermelon finely diced
  • 1 Mango peeled and finely diced
  • 1/2 cup red onion finely diced
  • 3/4 cup cucumber finely diced
  • 1/2 -3/4 cup cilantro chopped
  • 1 Jalapeno or Habanero Pepper finely diced
  • 1 lime juiced
  • 1/2 - 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon honey optional

Instructions

    Cup of Yum
  1. In a large bowl, combine watermelon, mango, red onion, cucumber, and jalapeno. Toss with freshly squeezed lime juice, salt, and honey (optional).
  2. Place in refrigerator and chill.
