Watermelon Moscato Sangria (Olive Garden)

Ingredients

  • 750 mls Moscato
  • 6 ounces ginger ale
  • 6 ounces Monin Watermelon Syrup
  • 4 cups ice
  • 3/4 cup sliced strawberries
  • 1 orange sliced

Instructions

    Cup of Yum
  1. Wash and cut fruit into small slices. 
  2. Pour Moscato into a large pitcher.  
  3. Pour Ginger Ale and Watermelon syrup into a pitcher.  Stir gently. 
  4. Add ice to the pitcher, and stir gently. 
  5. Add sliced strawberries and oranges. 
  6. Serve with watermelon slices if desired. 

Notes

  • Problem: Sangria is too sweet Solution: Add a squeeze of fresh lemon or lime juice
  • Problem: Sangria lost its fizz Solution: Add ginger ale just before serving rather than mixing it in advance
  • Problem: Watermelon flavor isn't strong enough Solution: Increase watermelon syrup by 1-2 tablespoons
