Ingredients

  • 5 cups watermelon cubed
  • 1 ½ cups cherry tomato or grape tomatoes, halved, yellow
  • 1 small red onion chopped
  • ½ cup basil freshly torn leaves
  • ¼ cup lime juice freshly squeezed
  • 2 TB honey pure
  • black pepper freshly ground, to taste

Instructions

  1. In a large bowl, combine all ingredients. Use rubber spatula to gently fold together until well combined.
  2. Cover and chill no more than 1 hour before serving (watermelon salad is best served immediately.)
