Ingredients

  • 3 cups chopped watermelon seedless
  • ½ cup chopped green bell pepper
  • 2 tbsp lime juice
  • ½ tbsp chopped green onions
  • 1 tbsp chopped jalapeno pepper seeded
  • ½ tsp garlic salt
  • 2 tbsp chopped fresh cilantro

  1. Place chopped watermelon in a colander to let excess juices drain. Don't skip this step!
  2. Combine watermelon, green pepper, lime juice, green onions, jalapeno, and garlic salt. Add chopped cilantro right before serving.
