Watermelon Sangria

This Watermelon Sangria is refreshingly light and sweet; the perfect adult beverage to make in a pitcher and share all summer long!

Ingredients

  • 6 cups watermelon cubed
  • 1/4 cup sugar optional
  • 1 ml bottle white wine I use Pinot Grigio, dry
  • 2/3 cup coconut water
  • 1/2 cup vodka
  • 1/4 cup triple sec
  • 2 cups strawberries sliced
  • 2 orange sliced (leave the peel on

Instructions

    Cup of Yum
  1. Place the watermelon and sugar in a high powdered blender and blend until smooth.
  2. Strain the watermelon into a large pitcher so that you remove any of the chunky bits.
  3. Pour the rest of the ingredients into the pitcher and stir well.
  4. Cover and chill at least 4 hours.
  5. Enjoy over ice or by itself!
