Ingredients

  • 3 cups watermelon frozen, 1-inch diced cubes
  • 1 cup strawberry frozen
  • 1/2 cup Greek yogurt or dairy-free alternative, vanilla flavor
  • 1/2 tablespoon honey or vegan sweetener
  • 1/2 cup water or unsweetened almond milk
  • 1/4 cup mint optional, for garnish, fresh, packed leaves

Instructions

  1. Combine watermelon, strawberries, yogurt, honey, water, and mint in a blender.
  2. Blend until smooth, adding more liquid if necessary to achieve desired consistency.
  3. Adjust sweetness to taste, if needed.
  4. Serve immediately, garnished with a sprig of mint or basil, if using.
