This refreshing strawberry-watermelon smoothie will cool you off on even the hottest summer days. It's loaded with fresh flavor and easy to make in just a few minutes!

Ingredients

For the smoothies:
  • 2 cups watermelon frozen, cubed, seedless
  • 1 banana cut into chunks, frozen
  • 1 cup strawberries frozen
  • ½ cup coconut milk light
  • lime juice from 1
  • 1 tablespoon mint leaf fresh
  • 1 tablespoon chia seeds
For optional garnish:
  • watermelon balls
  • chia seeds
  • mint leaf fresh

Instructions

    Cup of Yum
  1. Add all of the ingredients to your blender and process on high until smooth. Pour into glasses.
  2. Garnish with watermelon balls, chia seeds and a few fresh mint leaves, if desired. Serve immediately.
