Weight Loss Smoothie

This weight loss smoothie is an easy recipe made with our Weight Loss Magic Soup. You can drink your veggies in a cold, refreshing smoothie and get all of the nutritional benefits.

Ingredients

  • 2 cups Weight Loss Soup chilled*
  • ½ cucumber
  • 2 Tablespoons fresh squeezed lemon juice
  • 2 to 3 Ice cubes
  • 1 Tablespoon Worcestershire sauce  optional
  • 2 drops tabasco sauce optional
  • ¼ teaspoon black pepper

Instructions

  1. Combine all ingredients in your blender. Blend until the consistency is smooth. If you want an extra kick and to give it the full flavor of a Virgin Mary, add the Worcestershire and Tabasco sauces and black pepper. Serve immediately and enjoy!
  2. ***If you think you will be making a lot of smoothies with your Weight Loss Magic Soup, substitute spinach in the recipe in place of the cabbage.

Notes

  • These magic smoothies are a little tricky to "store" or have as leftovers just like any typical smoothie. Because it is already blended and the ice will begin to melt and give too much moisture, re-blending the smoothie may result in being too watery or water-downed. If you need a break you can leave it in the fridge or freezer for a short period of time.
