  • 1 Cup Wheatgrass fresh
  • ½ Cup apple juice

Instructions

  1. Place freshly cut wheatgrass into a blender jar with the apple juice.
  2. Blend to extract the wheatgrass flavors and properties from the plant.
  3. Strain with a fine sieve and collect the juice in a glass.
