Ingredients

For the whipped cottage cheese
  • 1 cup cottage cheese
Topping ideas for cottage cheese toast
Berries
  • 5 blueberries
  • 5 raspberry
  • 1 tsp hemp hearts
  • honey drizzle
Tomato bruschetta
  • 1 cup tomato chopped
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 garlic finely minced, clove
  • 1 tablespoon basil chopped, fresh
Jam and granola
  • 1 TBSP raspberry jam or any jam you like
  • 1 TBSP granola
Smoked Salmon
  • 1 lice smoked salmon
  • 1 tsp chives chopped
  • 1/4 tsp sesame seeds

Instructions

    Cup of Yum
  1. Add cottage cheese to a food processor and puree until smooth, stopping to scrape down the bowl once or twice. This should take about 1-2 minutes.
  2. Use as a toast spread, as a dip or make a breakfast bowl. Store in the fridge in an air tight container for up to 2 days.
To make cottage cheese toast
  1. Spread 1-2 tablespoons on toast. Top with berries, jam, bruschetta, smoked salmon, or anything else you want!

Notes

  • A mini food processor works well for this amount.
