Whipped Feta Dip

This delicious and divinely inspired whipped feta dip is cool and creamy with loads of flavorful garlicky-lemony goodness.

Ingredients

  • 8 ounces feta cheese crumbled
  • ¾ cup sour cream or Greek yogurt
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 3 tablespoons fresh lemon juice
  • 3 cloves garlic
Serve
  • Aleppo pepper or red pepper flakes for garnish
  • Toasted pita chips or bread, toasted sliced baguette, or fresh, sliced vegetables.

  1. In a food processor, pulse the feta, sour cream, lemon juice, olive oil and garlic until creamy.
  2. Transfer to a serving dish and drizzle with olive oil, pinches of Aleppo pepper (or red pepper flakes).
  3. Serve as a dip with toasted pita chips or bread, toasted, sliced baguette, or fresh vegetables.
