Whipped Feta Dip
Try using feta to make this light, tangy and salty Mediterranean-inspired dip that would go perfectly with pita bread.

Ingredients
- One feta cheese crumbled, ounce
- ½ cup Greek yogurt
- ¼ cup mayonnaise
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- 1 teaspoon lemon zest
- 1 clove garlic (minced)
- 1 teaspoon dill minced, fresh
- 1 teaspoon basil chopped, fresh
- ¼ teaspoon black pepper freshly cracked
- ⅛ teaspoon salt
- 1 Tablespoon sesame seeds (for garnish)
Instructions
- Combine feta cheese, yogurt, mayonnaise, lemon juice, lemon zest, and garlic in a food processor and mix until well blended and smooth.
- Add dill, basil, and pepper, salt and pulse to combine.
- Transfer to a serving bowl and sprinkle lightly with sesame seeds for garnish.

Notes
- This dip will firm up in the fridge, so let it sit at room temp for a half hour before serving.
- Serve with pita wedges, pita chips or even sliced vegetables!
