  • 1 cup honey raw honey works best, but regular runny honey should be fine too

  1. Pour the honey into a clean, dry mixing bowl. You can use as much honey as you like, depending on how much whipped honey you want to make.
  2. Begin whipping the honey using a hand mixer or stand mixer fitted with a whisk attachment. Whip the honey on low to medium speed for several minutes, until it becomes lighter in color and starts to thicken slightly.
  3. Once the honey has thickened slightly, increase the speed of the mixer to medium-high and continue whipping. You may notice the honey starting to lighten in color and become more opaque.
  4. Continue whipping the honey until it reaches your desired consistency. This may take anywhere from 5 to 15 minutes, depending on factors such as the temperature of the honey and the speed of your mixer.
  5. Once the whipped honey reaches your desired consistency, transfer it to a clean, airtight container for storage. It can be stored at room temperature or in the refrigerator, depending on your preference.
