White Bean Hummus

This is a simple White Bean Hummus with no tahini recipe that is great as a dip for fresh or roasted veggies, as a spread on sandwiches or crackers.

Ingredients

  • 2 cups white navy beans
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 lemon juice juiced
  • 1 cloves garlic
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 2 tbsp water more if needed

Instructions

    Cup of Yum
  1. Combine all the ingredients into a food processor and blend until smooth. Add more water to achieve your desired consistency if needed.
  2. Optional: drizzle olive oil and garnish on top to serve.
