White Chicken Chili
White Chicken Chili blends shredded cooked chicken, white beans, and sweet corn in a creamy broth flavored with spices like chili powder, cumin, cayenne, and cinnamon. The sauce is thickened with a flour roux and milk, creating a smooth texture that complements the tender chicken and vegetables. Toppings such as avocado, tomatoes, cheddar, and sour cream add freshness and richness when served.
