Ingredients
- 8 ounces white chocolate chopped
- 1 ¼ cups unsalted butter
- 3 large eggs, room temperature
- 1 egg yolk, room temperature
- 1 cup granulated sugar
- 1 ½ tablespoons vanilla extract
- 1 ¾ cups all-purpose flour
- ½ teaspoon salt
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 325 degrees Fahrenheit and spray a 9x13-inch baking pan with pan spray. You may also line the pan with parchment paper, leaving a 1-inch overhang on either side. Spray the parchment lightly with pan spray.
- In a medium bowl, gently melt 8 ounces white chocolate and 1 ¼ cups unsalted butter together either over a double boiler or in the microwave. Heat at 50% power in 30-second increments, stirring between each one until it is fully melted.
- In a large bowl, whisk together 3 large eggs,1 egg yolk, 1 cup granulated sugar, and 1 ½ tablespoons vanilla extract . Add in 1 ¾ cups all-purpose flour and ½ teaspoon salt and mix until just combined. Fold in the melted chocolate and butter until fully combined.
- Pour the thick batter into the prepared pan and spread it out evenly. Bake for 35-40 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean from the center.
- Let the brownies cool for 20-30 minutes before cutting and serving.
