White Chocolate Covered Graham Crackers Recipe
These 3-ingredient white chocolate covered graham crackers are one of my favorite fun and easy recipes to make with my kids for any occasion.

Ingredients
- 16 graham cracker halves
- 3 cups white chocolate chips
- ½ cup Sprinkles for topping
Instructions
- Line a baking sheet with parchment paper. Set aside.
- Place the white chocolate chips into a microwave-safe bowl. Heat in 30-second increments, stirring each time, until completely melted and smooth.
- Working one at a time, use a fork to press each graham cracker half into the melted white chocolate. Lift the graham cracker out of the white chocolate and let any excess chocolate drip off into the bowl.
- Place the chocolate covered graham cracker onto the prepared baking sheet. Garnish with sprinkles.
- Repeat with remaining graham crackers.
- Let graham crackers set for 20 minutes to harden before serving.
