White Chocolate Mocha Latte
The White Chocolate Mocha Latte offers a creamy coffee drink made by melting white chocolate chips into warm whole milk and combining with strong brewed coffee. Topped with whipped cream and optionally garnished with coffee beans, this latte provides a rich, smooth flavor with sweet white chocolate notes balanced by the robust coffee. It's served warm and suitable for a cozy beverage to enjoy at home.
Ingredients
- ⅔ cup milk whole
- 6 tablespoon white chocolate chips
- 12 ounces coffee strong
- Whipped Cream for topping
- coffee beans for garnish (optional)
Instructions
- In a small saucepan, heat milk and white chocolate chips over medium-low heat until melted, stirring constantly.
- Brew strong coffee or espresso. (I used my Keurig on the 6 oz setting and made it twice to yield 12 ounces.)
- Divide white chocolate mixture evenly between two coffee cups. Add 6 ounces of coffee to each cup.
- Top with whipped cream, and coffee beans if desired. Serve warm and enjoy!
