White Chocolate Raspberry Energy Balls

These easy, no-bake white chocolate raspberry protein balls only take 10 minutes to make. They are great for breakfast, snack time, or dessert!

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup creamy almond butter
  • 3 tablespoons honey
  • 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1/4 teaspoon almond extract, optional
  • 3/4 cup old fashioned oats
  • 3 tablespoons vanilla protein powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon sea salt
  • 1/4 cup freeze-dried raspberries
  • 3 tablespoons white chocolate chips

Instructions

  1. In a medium bowl, combine the almond butter, honey, vanilla extract, and almond extract, if using. Stir with a spatula until smooth.
  2. Add the oats, protein powder, and sea salt; stir until well combined. Stir in the freeze-dried raspberries and white chocolate chips.
  3. Roll the mixture into balls, about 1 tablespoon per ball. You can also use a cookie scoop to form the balls.
  4. Place in an airtight container and keep refrigerated for up to 2 weeks.

Notes

  • Store in the fridge for up to 2 weeks or freeze for up to 2 months.
